Im looking for a girl who would like to take over my lease from July 1 (or we can talk more) to September 3. Its a 4-bedroom apartment and each room has its own bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen, living room and in-unit washer and dryer with other 3 roommates. My roommates and I are very close and all are from different countries. We all love cleaning so we keep our room really clean all the time.

Normally the rent is $640 plus electricity/month but I offer you $500 plus electricity/month, with no deposit!!

You can renew the lease after September 3rd!
