We are a family apt w/ 3 bedrooms. I am a writer/actor/filmmaker and my wife is a pastry chef.. We are renting the master bedroom and private bath for the summer months of June, July & August. This is the perfect opportunity for someone such as a summer intern in the financial district in LA which is nearby. We have hosted such others many times.

This is a furnished room with a queen size bed, large closet, dresser drawers, and a private bath with a large bathtub for two with shower. We may consider a couple for this room for an additional $390 for the second person.

Rent includes utilities, WiFi, an off street gated parking space is avail. for $150. We are near the Metro station. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets. $2,100 Deposit and credit/background check are required. No WFH.

Available only for the 3 summer months with no extension possible.

We are looking for someone who is cleanly, responsible, and an over all good person and good housemate. Keeping our living room and kitchen exceptionally clean and free of clutter is very important. (no dishes in the sink or food & otherwise left on the counters)

We have an elder rescue dog named Bandit who is 12 yrs old and could not be more elegant, slow, chill, and gentle.
