I rented this fantastic space for five people (all in separate beds) and loved it. For the ultimate downtown New York experience, this is hard to beat. Luxury accommodation, beautiful space, lots of room, modern, well equipped kitchen and all very well organized. Jillian is a lovely landlady and everything went very smoothly. Amazing location, walking distance to all of downtown (City Hall, Brooklyn Bridge, Ground Zero, Greenwich village, Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown) in a quiet street(except for the garbage trucks of course, but they keep the city clean) and good shops, restaurants and communications close by. Original art on the walls, complete privacy, and lots of room to lounge. All in excellent taste and still with a nice homey feel. Pricey but worth it. The only problem is check-out time is 10 am and there are very few places in NYC where you can check in your luggage while enjoying your last day.
