Villa Rosita Denia is a stunning 4 bedroom holiday villa in Denia on the Les Deveses beach with direct access to the beach.
Villa Rosita will be completely renovated until the second week of June and is available for midweeks, long weekends and weekly rentals. From June 28th until September the 12th, it can only be rented per week.
After the renovation Villa Rosita has 4 bedrooms one two floors, (one master bedroom ensuite with fireplace and terrace), 3 bathrooms on two floors, 2 kitchens on two floors, 1 living room with fireplace, 1 terrace with direct sea views and connected to the living room and 1 terrace connected with the master bedroom en suite.
La Rosita has a very cozy sun and wind-protected patio where you can enjoy the jacuzzi and a sauna or just relax and chill on a hot summer, or cold winter night

Villa Rosita has WIFI connection and Satellite TV.
Terrace
The main terrace is located between the villa and the beach. From there you will access directly to the Mediterranean sea, where you can relax and enjoy your unforgettable vacation on your own private sunbeds on the doorstep of Villa Rosita.
Floor heating system
The complete house on both floors are heated by underfloor heating
Solar System
A 3-panel solar system solution with a 350-liter hot water cylinder uses the sun to produce 100% hot water for Villa La Rosita.

Villa Rosita Denia has a maximum capacity of 8 people.
Les Deveses beach
This beach is over 4 km long. Half of it is fine golden sand and dunes (except in the south bordering on La Almadrava beach where it is mainly composed of rounded stones) it marks the beginning of the Costa Blanca, as to the north, it borders on the beaches of the Valencian town of Oliva.
This beach, the longest in D?nia, has a special charm for its naturalness. This huge beach is perfect for long walks, it even has an area with small dunes. Its white sand and clear waters make this beach a very evocative place to spend a few days. On the shore, you can also find some area with rocks.
Apart from homes and hotels, camping Riomar is very nice and close to the beach. Golfers can play close to the sea in the area of Oliva Nova Golf. It has an animated windsurf atmosphere, especially in summer months, when the Garb? and Llebeig winds blow, thanks to the abundance of windsurfing individuals there is no installation grant for windsurfing on this beach. There is also a beach-bar.
