The rent includes all the basic utility services of electricity, tap water and propane gas for stove, internet, security 24/7, house cleaning, bed linens and bath towels changed every 3 nights:

- Per Week 10% discount (apply for every 7 nights).
- Per Month 50% discount ( apply for every 28 nights).

The house is rented for periods of months furnished paying the tenant utilities services of water, electricity, house cleaning, internet service:
- Per month with furnitures without bedding: $1,000 dollars.
- Price includes gardening of green areas and security at night.
