Spacious and two bedroom apartment just a few blocks from downtown Iowa City! Apartment has been very well taken care of. My roommate and I are both graduating in December. We are looking to sublease it from starting in January. The lease ends July 31st 2020. That being said, new tenants are welcome to stay longer if they resign a lease! The monthly rent includes water, internet, cable, etc. The only additional charge each month is Midfriendly. Usually averages around $30 per month. Very reasonable given the great location and everything that is included. We are on the ground floor and have a nice patio walkway. At the corner of our street, there is also a bus stop which we use rather frequently. Parking is available on the street for free and spots in a lot are available to purchase.
