Im a pretty straight forward and easy going guy. Privacy is important so I dont disturb any ones privacy. I have a 5 year old daughter. Well behaved. She will be back and forth from between me and her mother so for the most part its just me here. Im a professional boxer, a student and I work so Im always in and out the house. I like cleanliness and a respect on noise levels. I believe there is a time and place for everything so loud music and things like that doesnt completely bother me. All utilities are included except for electric. Anything else we need to discuss will be discussed.
