Week to week rental (small rental agreement)

Must show proof of ability to pay rent (2 stubs)

Welcome students. Must prove ability to pay rent.

Minimum stay is two month stay.

Private room 1 week rent payment upfront and $185 security (1 weeks notice required to receive Security returned, if any damage to room, security forfeited) . Total move in cost is $370.

Kitchen access to dishes, pots, silverware. Must clean up your dishes/pots and leave kitchen neat. It is a privilege to use kitchen. (Can lose rights if house rules broken).

Smoking only in far rear of the yard, never in the room.

No heavy drugs or no heavy drinking allowed.

Quiet pets who are trained allowed.
No chewing on furniture or crying if you leave the pet alone in room. No aggressive or intimidating dogs, no pits, doberman pinchers, rottweilers, no pit mixes allowed.
