Looking for a third roommate to fill a room in our beautiful SF town home. We are looking for someone whos clean, outgoing, respectful and can fit in with our house dynamic. Move-in date is Jan 1, 2020, but is available now as previous roommate moved out.

Heres some background on the current roommates. TLDR; were pretty easygoing and social guys who know how to have a good time.

Rishi: 27, been living in SF for a year and a half now, but have been in the bay area for about seven years. I studied Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley and now work as a Product Designer at Zoox. Im a clean and friendly dude who likes to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. In my spare time, I travel to new countries, try new food, snowboard, gym, bike around the city, play guitar, and hit the bars. Ive also been pretty into mixology lately and love making craft cocktails with our house bar setup.

Scott: 28, works in ad sales at Google, from NYC and just moved to this house in January. He loves sports, music, outdoors, exploring the city, biking/skating, yoga, and basically anything fun. Im excited to have a new roommate who can add to our already really fun house and social circle!

The house:

A 3 bd/2 bath townhome in Hayes Valley, right on Haight Street/Buchanan. The whole place has gone through a complete renovation right before we moved in this year with brand new appliances. You can choose between the master bedroom or 2nd biggest room. Rishi is currently staying in the 2nd room, but is willing to take the master if needed. Both rooms can easily fit a queen bed, desk, and shelves and still have space, but the master will have a little more open space and bigger closet.

1. Easy walk to all Hayes Valley, Lower Haight, & Haight-Ashbury restaurants and bars, and a cheap uber to anywhere else in SF

2. Two blocks off the 101 highway, great for commuters (like me)

3. 5 Min. walk to Oak/Steiner to Tech Shuttle stop, 8 Min walk to Haight/Divisadero, 10 Min. walk to Fell/Pierce

4. Free laundry facilities in the building

8. Two full bathrooms with amazing shower pressure

New lease officially starts Jan 1, and will be month-to-month, but earlier move-in can be arranged and negotiated as the other roommate has already moved out.
