We are a couple in our 30s and have recently moved to Middle Park so we could
a) Be across the road from the beach as we both love water.
b) Its a very good area and we have a cheeky little 12 year old starting year 7 next year so we wanted her in the best government school.

She doesnt live here at the residence but the plan is that at some point we will move her here from her grandparents house near her primary school.

We have the front room near the street, this is followed by a big lounge/TV room then the hall.

There are two further bedrooms off the hall before the kitcheon, it is one of these that is available. Or potentially two but one for now.

Then there is the kitchen followed by a dining room and then the laundry, a second bathroom with shower and bath (this is yours), and a large outdoor area.

We are fairly relaxed and we love our Labrador Donnie (Ray Donovan) becasue hes the best dog in the world ie: No barking, no running away, just endless affection and obedience.

Cant say the same for the 12 year old but we cant have everything we want!

The room is a large Queen sized room with the choice of blank canvas or it can come partly or even fully furnished.

We need someone in asap so we can get settled before everyone goes back to work school etc.

There is heating and cooling and we have unlimited WIFI included free.

As well as parking provided via permit.

There is a chance we could take a couple for a bit extra but otherwise it is ..

plus bills (we split power and gas bills) others are included.

They are not much a few hundred every 3 months between all of us.
