Our studio apartments have been remodeled and redecorated. Our studio units offer all the comforts of your home with style at a very reasonable price. Enjoy your Waikiki stay at one of our privately owned fully furnished studio units (mountain view or ocean view) (360 sq ft) - perfect home away from home for a party of two, and we can also provide a Pack n Play should your little one need one!

- Utilities such as water, garbage and electricity are also INCLUDED as part of the rental fee
- Each studio comes with queen-size bedroom set, comfortable mattress, dining table/chairs,

- The kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, built-in cook-top and microwave
- The kitchenette also includes coffer maker, water kettle, toaster, rice cooker,
blender, mixer, china, silverware, various pots and pans
- Each studio has a spacious lanai with a table and 2 chairs

- Swimming pool, reclining chairs, public restrooms and shower
- Patio with tables, chairs and BBQ grill
- Credit card-operated laundry facility and mini library
- Beach towels and beach chairs are available to take to the beach (provided by the owner free of charge and can be found in the apartment.) Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hale Koa resorts with PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS are located across the street.

Rates are adjusted seasonally December 1 through March 31, and all rentals are subject to 14.962% tax. One-time cleaning fee is (for rentals 45 nights or less) and for rentals 46 nights or more. Security deposit is Full pre-payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be done via check, PayPal, Credit Card, wire transfer or Venmo. Parking is NOT included; however, upon confirmed booking you will be provided with 3 nearby parking options. No resort fees, and no other hidden fees!
