The apartment is furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, gas, hot and cold water. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is available from August 23 for a Fall Semester lease, an Academic Year lease or a Full Year lease. There is a one-time Move-in Fee of 350. Rent per 4 weeks is:
- 3190 for the Fall Semester.
- 2850 for the Academic Year.
- 2850 for the Full Year (last two weeks free).
