Roommate wanted on Treasure Island. Come share our 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Ideal for a single person who wants to share with jazz musicians. Our living room has a piano and the occasional drum kit as well as a small couch and tv. The kitchen is small but has every kitchen tool and implement imaginable. Two can cook at the same time. Each mate has their own cabinet and fridge shelf. Laundry is in the storage room. Parking is first come first serve for 2 spots but street parking is free. We have a fenced backyard with views of the city across the bay. There is a bus that runs 24 hours directly to the financial district.

About us:
Brent is a jazz musician (keyboard, drums) who occasionally teaches music lessons in the living room.
Artemis the pussy cat.
Colin is a jazz musician (double bass) who watches football.
Bethanie is a stage manager who works on plays, opera and modern dance.
We all work late and get home around between 11 pm & 2 am.
Well thats the way it was before Covid-19, now Brent & Bethanie are sheltering with family and Colin has the place to himself. We are all ready to come back or adapt but I bet we will all continue to be nocturnal folks.

Treasure Island is great for gig workers because most neighborhoods in the city and in East Bay are 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Yes there are a grocery store, bars and restaurants on the island.
