The location is in a quiet good neighborhood close to Santa Clara Valley Medical, San Jose City College, Winchester light rail station and Los Gatos creek trail. Also, close to Hwy 280, 87, 101.

Room rents for $1200 a month plus security deposit necessary to move in. Full access to kitchen, family room, private bathroom, private closet, gym, spa and swimming pool. Rent includes: microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The utilities like PG&E, WiFi has to be paid separately.

Im very easy going, quiet and fun. Im looking for working professionals, quiet/easy-going, no-drama, respectful of housemates & their belongings. Must be clean. Perhaps going to college or recent graduate such as myself.
