The bedrooms are not furnished but all other areas in the house are fully furnished. There is a dryer and washer available to you in the basement. You get access to the spacious backyard with a fire pit and plenty of parking in the driveway. Attached is an outdoor deck to hangout in the warm sun and grill.

This is a shared house setting. Currently there are two people living here including myself. I am looking for a male housemate that is clean and responsible.
