There are three bedrooms - one bedroom with one twin bed, a smaller bedroom with one twin bed and another larger bedroom with a double bed plus a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. The apartment is furnished, with the kitchen fully equipped, and includes towels, bed linens, internet, gas, hot and cold water. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings.

The apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is available from mid-May 2025.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of 350. Rent is 3660 per 4 weeks. Leases are by the semester - Summer, Fall, Spring or a combination of semester.
