Building right in front of the sea, it has 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, with AC, private balcony, & kitchenette.

You can admire the best regions scenery. In Pozzuolis heart: shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, metropolitan (to Naples), and any other attraction just a few steps away.
On the balcony you can enjoy the weather, it is always great here.

The space
You have in the apartment: one bedroom with double bed, lounge with kitchen & sofa bed, and one tiny bathroom with a shower.
You have a private balcony. The apartment is just on the first floor (you have to go up only three staircases), thats handy too!

We have also a new washing machine for you to use.

Guest access
All the apartment is for you to enjoy. If you stay longer than one month, you can have the use the large roof-terrace too.

Other things to note
SELLING THE PROPRIETY
We re selling the apartment, so you should be available to let us show the place to eventual buyers.
Anyway, the sale is really slow, so it will not happen before three months and even if we find tomorrow someone that commits to buy, it will take two months just for paperwork.

FURRY FRIENDS
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

THE SOFA IS 150cm LARGE
You will be comfortable if you are two not too big persons.

ROOFTOP TERRACE
There is a panoramic terrace on the rooftop, it can be used just by guests that stay at least one month.

WINDOW AND BALCONY
The window of the sleeping room faces another building, not the sea.
The balcony faces the sea, but it is between two buildings, on the backside of them, so you see just a little of the sea from the balcony (as in picture)
