The living room has a cozy electric fireplace 32 inch flat screen tv with cable channels and Netflix There is wifi access included

The living room overlooks the pool area in the backyard The suite enjoys its own outside sitting area, barbecue and table and chairs The suite guests share the heated pool June through September

The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 responsible guests only, for safety reasons, due to the suite opening directly onto the pool deck without fencing. There are stairs down the sideyard to the suite, so this should be taken in account for persons with mobility issues

This is best rented as a short term rental. In the summer, when the pool is open, the rates are higher.
