Monthly rate: $4350/month (based on 30 nights stay)
Annual rate: $4000/month (biweekly housekeeping, utilities and internet NOT included)

The Space:
The natural light filled space, with views of Knox Mountain, comfortably sleeps 6 and is fitted with AIR CONDITIONING. Perfect for families or corporate travellers looking for a minimum 30 day luggage only move-in ready option. It is walking distance to Waterfront Park and all the shops and restaurants unique to Downtown Kelowna.

Our newly constructed condo offers 1100 sqft. of indoor living space and the outdoor patio balcony is 340 sqft.
- Master bedroom offers a King bed + 10 green tea infused memory foam mattress, full ensuite bathroom, and 50 TCL Smart TV
- Second bedroom offers a Queen bed + 10 green tea infused memory foam mattress
