John has been an excellent landlord. I am a travel RN currently in the area for contract work and needed a short term furnished rental in a safe area by the beach. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Property is clean, well cared for and the tenants are friendly. John always responded appropriately and in a timely manner. The beach is across the street and is beautiful. I feel very safe and welcome here. This is the place to rent!
