Hello, I am subletting my beautiful apartment which is perfect for a Humber student or a professional. It is perfect for someone responsible and clean. I have a bright fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment but I am subletting the one bedroom while I am gone. There is a possibility that I may make the second bedroom available too.
It is a large apartment in a small three story building on the third floor, up the street from the lake. The location is super convenient just around the corner from stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, a health food store and TTC.

The apartment is south facing and gets lots of beautiful natural light. There is an office nook and a space for making art. The apartment has wood floors, a portable air conditioner unit and high speed internet. There are two coin washer and dryers in the basement. Hydro and high speed internet are an extra monthly charge.

The building is comfortable and quiet with nice neighbours. This apartment would be ideal for a Humber College student or faculty member since it is so close by. I am a teacher and natural health practitioner as well as a former Humber student.
