The apartment is furnished with a living room, bedroom with a double bed, a large study area/entryway, kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a quiet building and receives a lot of direct sunlight. Towels, bed linens, gas, hot/cold water, heating and wifi internet are included. Electric service is already set up, but is charged separately. The kitchen is fully equipped. All that is needed are personal belongings.

This apartment is near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway, the Longwood Medical Area. Bus 55 is on the block and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is available from early June 2025.

There is a one-time Move-in Fee of 350. Rent is 2940 per 4 weeks. Leases are either to the end of 2025 or for a full year.
