You are across the street from restaurants, coffee shops, postal service, bike store, 7-11 and bus stop. You are block from grocery stores, Train station, CVS, The Wiltern, and bars.

It is the best part of Koreatown and it is a pretty safe area. As a people who has lived here for over 6 years, I have not had any issues at all feeling unsafe in the area.

I will be traveling for work and looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful of my space and furniture and pays rent on time.
