Four blocks from the west side of UofA, close to downtown, and one block from the Trolley line along University Blvd. Easy walking to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Everything in the house is ready for move in. It has central air conditioning, gas heating, hardwood floors and tile, a fireplace, large rooms, and super high-speed internet. All rooms and common areas are fully furnished. The rental agreement is month-to-month (no long-term lease required). We rent only to mature, respectful, non-smoking, non-partying individuals (grad students or professionals preferred). The owner, a former grad student, lives in town and visits the house regularly.
