Additional $300 refundable security deposit for each small pet (under 30 pounds)
Additional $500 refundable security deposit for each medium size dog (30-50 pounds)
$40 screening fee for each responsible 18 and older
No felony convictions (misdemeanors reviewed case by case)
No open bankruptcies
Smoking and illegal drug use are not permitted.
Refundable security deposit equal to one months rent required at lease signing (Applicants with credit scores below 700 will be asked to provide an additional deposit)
