I am looking for a quiet and respectful tenant from June 1 - August 31 while I am traveling this summer. I have a studio rental available for in a great location on the Upper East Side. The apartment is off Second Avenue, so it is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. The Q train is close by, as well as the 4, 5, 6 trains, as well as several buses and Citibike stations. You can walk to both Central Park and Carl Schurz Park. The apartment is a 4th floor walk up, so be aware that it is not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The apartment is on the back of the building, which makes for a quieter stay. There is no laundry in the building, but there is a dry cleaner on the corner where you can drop off your laundry or dry cleaning, and a laundromat is a few blocks away.
