You will have the entire apartment, a kitchen equipped for a foodie, great water pressure that is hot the responsibleent you turn the faucet, and a washer and dryer IN the unit. You are in Hells Kitchen, literally 5-8 minutes walking to Broadway shows, groceries, restaurants, public transportation. There are CVS and coffee shops out the door, bodegas for any late-night needs. The apartment has heat in the bathroom and living room (rarely needed), and you can use your roku or Apple TV with my high-speed internet and 55 TV. Lets chat!
