3 of 4 bedrooms are for rent in our restored single-family Victorian house located a few blocks from St. Raphaels Hospital and Edgewood Park -- a few minutes from Westville. Each of those 3 separate bedroom rents for $875 per month -- utilities and other fees are not included in the monthly rent and will be billed separately. In addition to 4 bedrooms, the house consists of a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, TV room -- all located on the 1st floor; with 3 bedrooms, a large sunroom and laundry on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor and another one on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor (attic) is the owners private living area and is off limits. The house features hardwood floors throughout the living areas, ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen and a marble inlay on the dining floor. It features lots of large windows, gas fireplaces, tankless gas water heaters, gas cooking and gas heat. Monthly utilities (gas, electricity, water & sewer) will be divided equally among all roommates / occupants. The basement is unfinished and is off limits -- there is no on-site storage available. There is no smoking in the house or on the property. No pets are allowed. Renters insurance is required for each occupant. Off-street parking is limited and will be offered at the owners option. Generally, each occupant will be required to provide their own bedroom furnishings; however, the owner may be willing to provide basic bedroom furniture at additional costs. The house should be ready for occupancy in early to late December -- subject to the completion of the current renovations. For each applicant a fully completed application (for each of which a $50 non-refundable application fee is required), credit & background checks, landlord references, employment verifications and income verifications -- all of which satisfy the owner, are required
