For the SHARED Kitchen - you will have access to the COFFEE BAR, so please enjoy as much brew as you want!. Please be mindful when storing any food or beverages in the SHARED Refrigerator, as other guest staying will also have access - Please DO NOT touch any food that has not been provided by you. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF (DISHES, Plates, etc) as we want to keep a clean apartment as well as respect other guest when using kitchen appliances.

When spending time in the living room - Please be mindful of any other guest that may be staying in the apartment - NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM.

No food or beverages are included with your stay (EXCEPT FOR COFFEE BAR) You may bring and store food or drinks inside the mini fridge in your room. There is a supermarket for large groceries nearby as well as Convenience Store ( we call them bodegas) for any quick food or supplies - located down the block.

THERE IS ALSO AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING.

This is a great neighborhood with lots of energy focused on dining, bars, local attractions and supply stores of any kind.
