There are excellent views and a fire escape one can sit on. The apartment will be furnished with a table and chairs, sofa, queen-sized bed, and a dresser. There is a basement where one can lock a bike. Parking is on street.
Washington Park and Forest Park are both within walking/running distance. NW 21st and NW 23rd offer great restaurants, cafes, and bars and there are two grocery stores within walking distance.
