The rooms are on the smaller side so will be rented together to one individual for $850 total (plus utilities). The rooms are available for a lease starting any time May 1 to May 15. You would be joining a roommate (PhD student) who has lived in the house for the last 5+ years.
The place is a cozy, classic Manayunk row - about 1100 square feet. The house has a small front porch and backyard as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. Looking for someone who will take care of the house.
Rent is $1700/month total plus utilities ($850 per person). We will need proof of income (at least 4-6 months), 1 previous landlord reference (if applicable) and first and last months rent, and security deposit. Looking for a 12-15 month lease ideally, but we can discuss.
