STUDIO ROOM IN FAMILY HOME - From June

Bright, modern ensuite studio in a superb location, between Rathmines & Rathgar village. It is convenient to shops & restaurants & is a 30 minute walk to the city centre or ca 10 minutes on a bus. There is also a bus nearby to UCD.

The ensuite room is part of our house but it has iits own living area, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and a double hob), double bed, and plenty of storage, There is a nice patio area out the front with a small table and chairs which gets the morning & early afternoon sun.

We are a family with 2 teenagers and a small dog, so ideally looking for someone who likes dogs as we share the entrance to the house.
The room is suitable for someone who goes out to work rather than works from home as it can be noisy with the family coming and going.
