Bright, modern ensuite studio in a superb location, beside Rathgar village. It is convenient to shops restaurants, universities, colleges & leisure facilities. There is a bus stop right outside or you can walk to Rathmines in 10 minutes or the city centre in under 30 minutes.

The ensuite studio is part of our house but it has iits own living area, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and a double hob), double bed, and plenty of storage, There is a nice patio area out the front with a small table and chairs which gets the morning & early afternoon sun.

We are a family with 2 children and a small dog, so ideally looking for someone who doesnt mind dogs as we share the entrance to the house.
The room is suitable for someone, who goes out to work rather than works from home.
