Celebrate the Holidays (16 Dec ending 2 Jan) in our gorgeous, sunny, fully furnished home.. The apartment, which is on the upper two floors of a two-family townhouse, is situated on a quiet,landmarked block in historic Bedford Stuyvesant, andfeatures some original detail. To access it, you walk up one flight of stairs on the outside. There is a sizable living room, kitchen and dining room with an adjacent office space, as well as 2 bedrooms (with king and queen sized beds respectively), 2 bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, and a microwave. Both bedrooms and the living room have cable TV, and there is WiFi throughout the apartment. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the living and dining rooms. Our home is close to a park which features a tennis court, playground and a basketball court.

We are perfectly situated 2 to 3 blocks from two subway lines (A/C trains at Utica Avenue and C train at Kingston Throop). Lower Manhattan can be reached in 20 minutes on the A express train. A supermarket, deli, and bakery, are 2 minutes away and its a short walk to a pharmacy. Cafes and restaurants are steps from the apartment. There is free on-street parking, but you must heed the street cleaning rules.

We are looking for responsible tenants who will make an effort to keep good neighborly relations i.e., no noise after 10pm, and no parties with loud music.
We require a government issued ID, references and renters insurance .A lease agreement will also be prepared for the duration.
We consider dogs, but with a severe cat allergy, no felines are allowed in any part of the house.
