The Nest is a unique and cozy three-room suite in the sunny southeast corner of San Francisco.

The suite is the entire upper level of a vintage single family home in the Bayview Heights district of San Francisco. It consists of a quiet, tranquil bedroom, a private bathroom with a sunlit shower, and a bright reading nook/den that looks out onto the back garden.

I live on the lower level with my sweet, super friendly pup, Jackie. My private quarters are at the front of the house, and at the back are the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to your private suite upstairs. You will also have access to the backyard with a sun drenched deck and lots of flowers, shrubs, and fruit trees. I love plants, so theres lots of greenery throughout the home.

The house is located on a quiet, residential street on the northern slope of Bayview Park, a hidden gem with oak, eucalyptus, and cherry groves and stunning panoramic views. We are also close to Candlestick Point State Recreation Area, Herons Head Park & Eco-Center, and India Basin Shoreline Park (all on the bay), and a little to the west, the rolling hills of McLaren Park, the citys second largest park.

Bayview is a vibrant, diverse, and friendly neighborhood, home to some great restaurants, bakeries, wineries, and breweries, a historic opera house, an illustrious bathhouse, and the largest community of artist studios in the United States!

The house has high speed internet but NO cable/satellite TV. The suite comes with a tablet, which you can use to access your own streaming subscriptions.
