Condo is located on the quiet side of the building with a marsh and partial ocean view. The unit is completely furnished with 2 flat screen Smart TVs (1 in living, 1 in bedroom) and fully equipped kitchen. Short walk to beach, pool and other amenities.

Complex has a strict no pet policy, sorry. Resort will perform a background check at the expense of the prospective tenant, require tenant to purchase a parking decal & provide a separate security deposit.
