Our lease term ends in March, so that provides you six months to enjoy the Loop with an option to resign for another lease term. This apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to the the River Walk, Millennium Park, River North, and State Street. There is also the Washington/Wells train stop around the corner and the Lake train stop one block down Wells. You will not only enjoy the beautiful views this 27th floor apartment has to offer but this is also the most square footage for this price point in the Loop at this time. 215 West also offers a community floor including a gym, pool, free coffee machines and steam rooms. We have had many guest stay with us due to the prime location and 215 West also offers a single rental room for guests of residents. This rental room comfortably accommodates 4+ people. Lastly, garage parking is available at an additional fee and the parking ramp directly attached to the building. We are currently looking to be out of this apartment between September 9th-23rd so we are very flexible on your move in dates. Rent is just under $2,500 that is with all utilities included (minus electric). Any interested renters will have to fill out an application with 215 West and be able to provide proof of 2.5x income over the monthly rental cost. A background check is also required showing no previous evictions and credit score must be 550+. If approved you will sign a sublease contract with 215 West and all payments will be made directly to them through their resident portal.
