Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, 1800 sq feet looking over a 180 degree view of the water from the wrap around terrace. Perfect central and walkable location, Whole Foods is 3 blocks away, Bayfront park across the street, and great restaurants in the area. The Metro mover is located there as well, and parking for a fee is available. Overall, a fun building with lots of activities like a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, steam room, spa, and business center.

The bedroom that is for rent has its own exit onto the large balcony (550 sq feet). Sunrise and sunset views.

There may be another room for cheaper or more expensive in the apartment depending on my travel schedule.

Please inquire for more info. I have a friendly Pomeranian dog, and work from home, or I may be traveling. Prefer someone who works outside the apartment, but its not a deal breaker. Single occupants only please.

Applicants should have good credit, references, and sufficient income who wont be late on their rent payments. Prefer a student or professional, but open. Its important that you be clean and not bring home the party. However, I do host parties at the home from time to time, and am happy to co-host. I also have friends over for dinner.
