The home is in walking distance to happening Adams Ave filled with coffeeshops, bars, restaurants, and cute boutique shops. You can walk easily to one of the best neighborhoods called Kensington, filled with amazing style Casita homes and cute parks. The house is 7 mins away from North Park and South Park where you can find great neighborhood restaurant. Its 9 mins drive to Balboa park. You can get to major beaches and airport within 15 minutes.

Casa de Nikasha, a name given by the owners is a beautiful 1929 -style home with two beds and two baths located in the neighborhood of Normal Heights. Immaculately designed with lots of colors and handmade art pieces to bring a fun, unique, and home-y design to this style artistic cottage that feels like home away from home. Be sure to pick up some groceries from the nearby market and cook a nice home cooked meal and enjoy it in the fresh air on the covered back patio lounge area!
