Frequent buses will take you there. You get real time of all bus and train schedules/delays You are in midtown, Carnegie Hall and time square in 5 minutes on the subway trains 4 and 5 and Union square is an 8 minute ride. 24 hour pharmacy store and diner on the block. Very safe but still always be aware of your surroundings in a big city like NY. If you have any questions, please let me know. My building wont allow daily or weekly renting for sure.
