Looking for someone to sublease my apartment, ideally by February 8, 2024. The apartment is a very modern, nice and easily accessible unit. Spacious bedroom, closet and bathroom. Laundry inside unit. Amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, gym and community center, outside fireplace, game room, hammocks, barbecue area, etc. Building is locked and there is a doorman 24/7, there is a mailroom as well. I am looking for someone that can sublease until May 18, 2024 and then can have the option to extend the lease or to move out.
