It is on the 2nd floor of a historic walk-up building and large by NYC standards. The bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, desk & office chair - great for working from home. Living room with flat-screen TV, couch, breakfast table (which can also be used as a 2nd desk) and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Youll share the apartment with a friendly TV Producer/Actress and two very sweet & friendly cats. They are sure to win over even non-cat lovers, as I have witnessed first-hand.
