Maria and I arrived in Paris in September 2012, and without even knowing how, we had the chance to find this incredible apartment. We can say that we were extremely happy during the year we spent here. ! I think we have never received a friend in our apartment that has not said the exact same thing that we think: this apartment is amazing! It is very difficult, especially for a student, to find such quality. The apartment is located in the fourth and last floor of the building, and the light that comes in is phenomenal, lasting all day. It is not only extremelyspacious, but also very cozy. The whole apartment is new, with white walls, having everything spotless. It faces an interior courtyard, made of several very well arranged green spaces, and therefore there is no noise of cars, people etc... The most that could bother you would be the birds singing or the children playing in the daycare downstairs during the day. ! The space consists of a lobby with a corridor, where there is a very nice bathroom, entirely new. The living room, which is right after the entrance, is extremely spacious, with a huge dining-table (which is very useful to study), a plasma screen and a sofa-bed where two people can sleep very comfortably. The dining-table can receive at least eight people to have dinner, if not more. The living-room has two double-glazed windows, which let in plenty of light, and isolate cold and noise. Just next to the living room is the kitchen, which is not very big but is perfectly enough. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary utensils) with materials of excellent quality. In the living-room there is a spiral staircase going up to the mezzanine,where there are two bedrooms, one with a large single bed, and another with a double bed. The mezzanine is equipped with Velux windows, which can open very large and let in plenty of light and air. ! Gambetta, is really nice. M.S

As a student studying abroad for nearly a year staying at Malte-Brun was a very enjoyable, satisfying experience. The apartment is cozy, spacious and located in a calm residential area. A major advantage is that it is conveniently situated near metros (both Gambetta & Père Lachaise), boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, florists, etc. Everything you could ever need is a couple of steps away from your door. All in all, I would highly recommend this particular accommodation to anyone that is interested, you will not be disappointed ! Lina B. 2013-2014
