Looking for someone to sublet while I travel January-March. The apartment is in a nice, quiet, and new building in Central Harlem. Laundry in unit, a large private outdoor patio, a garage parking spot if needed, doorman from 5pm-2am, and intercom system to buzz people in.

2 blocks from the 4, 5, 6 trains. 2 avenues away from the 1, 2, 3 trains. Across the street from the Metro North station.

I will have the place cleaned before you arrive. Also the bedroom closet and alcove will be cleared so you have space to put your stuff. Besides my clothes, everything in the apartment is available for use. Happy to answer any questions or provide more info!
