This is a house with 2 floors. 2 bedrooms (downstairs) + 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house has 2 bathrooms (1 per floor), laundry in the basement by a monthly fee (allowed to use 1 time per week). We have central air, high speed internet, and each bedroom has a workstation that you can work or studying. The house is renovated, very quiet and clean. The other guests is only mature professionals, nobody drinking or smoking inside the house. No party or pets., no loud music or conversation. Visitors need be out of the house 9:00PM. The silence rules inside the house is 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Security cameras in the common area and basement . Procedures to rent.: 1st contact: by email or text message (NO PHONE CALLS). After 1st contact, i will send the sample of rules of the house and leasing contract(sample). If you agree with the terms, you need replying accepting. We can set up time to show the house. If you like and decide to come, all paper works will be prepared. To check in, you need bring copy of all documents and money. NO CHECK, NO MONEY ORDER. ONLY, CASH OR BANK TRANSFER / VENMO.
