Very suitable for temporary corporate housing or an artist or musician doing a retreat, as it includes a music rehearsal studio. This is a true sublet of most of our personal home. Three rooms will be off limits but the rest of the fully furnished house is available for your use: Guest bedroom, living room/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, music rehearsal room and bathrooms. For this reason, it is priced at 50% below market. All we ask is that you take care of our plants, pick up our mail and keep the driveway free of snow. We prefer a start date of January 15 and end date of March 31 but we are somewhat flexible, as we could use a little help in April upon our return.
