We are a couple in our 30s leaving for the winter and beginning of spring for work. We love the Belmont and picked it with subleasing in mind, as it is like living in a luxury hotel with concierge and valet yet with all of the comfort and convenience of home.

We absolutely love living here, and know you will too! A quick walk to restaurants and shops and an even quicker walk to the water, this apartment is as convenient as it is comfortable.

All new appliances, dishwasher, bathtub & in building laundry. There is also a gym, rooftop deck (available in the spring, summer and fall) as well as communal co-working spaces, a concierge and a valet garage (additional $/month).

Located right by Lakeshore Drive, you can easily hop on the highway to get anywhere in the city relatively effortlessly.

This is a really special spot and it is our home. It is a fully furnished sublet, with a very comfortable kingsize bed, smart TV, standing desk and everything you need to feel like home. We want you to enjoy the space and treat it with the respect it deserves.

We are looking for a single professional or a couple who is clean, respectful & responsible with a good credit score, proof of income, great references and a clean background check. We would need to meet you on facetime/in person before you move in.

Price includes rent. Utilities & internet are $130/month.

The sublet starts Jan 1st but if necessary you can move in a bit earlier for a prorated rate.

This is a 4 -5 month sublet slightly flexible from 12/20/24-5/15/24 or 6/1/24.
