Please ensure you call or notify the property at least an hour prior to your arrival so we can ensure that the unit and parking is ready to be occupied. For your convenience essential toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, soap and toilet paper are provided on arrival however additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Please note this apartment is strictly non-smoking. For the convenience of our guests we will endeavor to accommodate special requests however additional charges may apply such as pack and play, roll-away bed, etc. This is a private residential building and for the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you respect your surroundings and neighbors privacy, ensuring noise is kept to a minimum. Excessive noise is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction and a penalty of $1000 USD. Please send us a copy of your ID and advise us of your arrival time prior to check in as failure to do so may result in check-in delays. We respect your information and all check-ins are done privately by our staff. For same day bookings please call our office for the check-in instructions 45 minutes prior to arrival. While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order prior to your arrival, should any maintenance issues arise (e.g. electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, etc.) please advise your on-site manager or contact us immediately and in most cases the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Please note, there will not be any compensation given to the client in this matter as we will repair and address any property related issues. Should a situation arise where repairs may be significantly delayed or the apartment is in an inhabitable condition, alternate accommodation will be arranged, generally after 48 hours of the issue being brought to our attention. *Late check out and early check in are not guaranteed, it is based on availability *Guests MUST show their ID or passport prior to arrival for security purposes.
