The location is close to the University of Toronto (just around the corner of the St. George Campus), several other post-secondary schools, offices, transportation, reasonably priced shopping, recreation. It is in the Kensington Market. Currently the minimum accepted stay is 2 months. The large kitchen accommodates a table and 4 chairs. The rent listed includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building, as the heating / air conditioning system would propagate it into the entire building. The furniture includes all standard items for the room, bed linen, bath towels, and basic kitchen utensils.
