A group of graduate students looks for a housemate to share a fully furnished three level townhouse. Equipped with 2 bathrooms, 1 and a half kitchens, washer/dryer, internet, ac, wonderful deck surrounded by tree. It is a large townhouse. 2 blocks to the NOMA and 4blocks to the Union Station metro. Bus stops in the same block. Restaurants, gym, social gathering places all around us. You can see videos of our house on YouTube. Term is semester long but may extend through graduation.
