I am looking for someone to sublet my room at Point North Student Apartments for the summer of 2025. The dates are flexible - just let me know what works for you!

This is a furnished 1,330 sq. ft. 4x4 apartment located just a 4 minute walk from UT campus and 10 minutes from downtown. My three other roommates will also be subletting, so it could work for a group too!

You would have the master bedroom (Bedroom A) with the most space and a large private bathroom. There is a huge window overlooking the UT football stadium.

Rent is normally $1500/month but I will cover $100 so you would pay only $1400/month! Thats an incredible deal for a place in this location.

Community Amenities: Controlled access and controlled gate access, garage parking, a modern fitness studio, business center, convenient mail and package center, bike storage, and a outdoor community courtyard.
